Industrial & Cable Group - Product Warranty

All Industrial and Cable Group manufactured products have warranty against manufacturing, material and workmanship defects. This warranty is not valid when the products are used for commercial, rental or income making activity or installed or used on commercial machinery.

Industrial and Cable Group shall replace the defective product free of charge subject to the product being returned to IC&G within the warranty period on freight pre-paid basis.

On receipt of the defective product, IC&G shall undertake to examine the cause of the defect and if found defective the product shall be repaired or replaced as required as per IC&G opinion and shall not cover under any circumstances labour costs of removal and replacement of the product.

All obligations under this warranty shall be null and void in the case the product has been:

• Improperly installed or installed other than as recommended by IC&G
• Improper application of the product
• Damaged due to non-recommended operation such as racing / misuse or failed due to accident, modified, altered, or repaired by any other entity than IC&G
• Has been used on an engine / machinery combination where the engine horsepower exceeds the rating specified by the manufacturer
• Has been used with products of other brands which may not be compatible to IC&G products

In no event will be liable for any incidental or consequential damage for breach of any express or implied warranty relating to the products. We shall not be responsible for any liability claims for direct or indirect damage.
